One question I’m often asked is, “How did you come up with the idea of myEAcoach?” This question takes me back to when I had attempted to build a partnership with an executive who didn’t understand my true value, and our partnership failed. Despite feeling confused and utterly devastated, this event sparked a profound and meaningful change in my life.

I shook off the feeling of self-doubt and teamed up with a true leader, where we strategically established an unbreakable bond. Through this empowering journey, I gained over a decade of experience supporting C-Suite and built a network of rockstar peers and mentors – it is from their unwavering support that I am confident and even more resilient than ever; I can accomplish anything.

This simple yet critical insight is the foundation and inspiration for myEAcoach. There are people who “get you” – who understand the insane challenges and obstacles that come with the role. These are the people who have your back, who inspire you to make bold and courageous moves, and who make the difference between reaching success and years of frustration. These are the people you will find at myEAcoach.

It took me too long to realize my worth and to take control of my career. Now, every day I invite EAs to connect, discover, and create their individual journey. We are in this to make a difference and only we, together, have the potential to take action and design a career that is brilliantly tailored to our unique selves.

So, join us – Find Your Voice. Own Your Future.

Editor-In-Chief, myEAcoach Insights

From the polished boardrooms of Toronto’s financial district to the lights and action of the media and entertainment sectors, I have over a decade of experience working with C-suite and senior executives. I’m driven to help senior management rise to the challenges and achieve their goals and, over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be recognized for my performance and dedication.

As an executive assistant (EA), prioritizing our executives is what we do. But what about us? Our careers? Our goals? Our passions?

That’s what myEAcoach is all about.

Together, we celebrate our EA peers, our development, all of the components that make us who we are, and how we contribute in our individual ways. It is this network of powerful EAs that have helped me find comfort in the uncomfortable, face my fear of public speaking, hold myself to higher standards, and achieve both my professional and personal goals so that I can continually be on top of my game.

So I would like to introduce myself – an accomplished executive assistant, published writer, world traveller, and a continuous learner dedicated to inspire and empower your journey towards whole self enrichment.
